No, a Computer Science degree isn't required for most of our software engineer roles. Any roles that do require a degree will clearly state that.

The specific questions we ask will depend on the position you're applying for, but all our questions are intended to help us understand your capabilities and potential to grow. Generally, we look for a strong desire to learn, high intelligence, a passion for technology, willingness to work hard, rock-solid skills, and a desire to excel.
For engineering roles, we'll ask you to code a quick prototype. We will agree together on a topic that shouldn't require more than 4 hours of your time. You are welcome to spend more than 4 hours on the prototype and you can even add it to your portfolio, if you wish.
Yes, you can apply for more than one role at once, though we recommend narrowing your choices down to a few jobs that truly match your skills, experience, and interests.
You can apply to three jobs within a rolling 30 day window. This limit gives our hard-working staffing team more time to focus on your application and helps you focus on the jobs that are the best match for your talents.
Our job descriptions will include any application deadlines. For most of our openings, we accept applications on a rolling basis, and we encourage you to apply sooner rather than later.
If you haven't heard from us in two months about an application, we likely proceeded with other candidates for that particular role. However, our recruiters might reach out if we find a different potential match for your skills, interests, and experience.
Yes, but for engineering roles, we ask that you wait a year to gain additional experience before reapplying.
